Terms & Conditions
Delivering the project: I confirm that I have the knowledge and experience to perform the services you require. I guarantee that my texts are unique, accurate and grammatically correct.
Copyright: after receiving a full payment, the copyright of the work is assigned to you.
Support: I offer FREE support and advice for 2 months after delivering the project.
Payment: I issue an invoice in full on the last working day of the month. Payment is due within 14 days of the date of the invoice. I reserve to charge ‘statutory interest’ for late payment (8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions).
I accept payments by:
– bank transfer in sterling pounds (£) and Polish zloty (PLN);
– sterling cheque;
– PayPal in sterling pounds (£) and euro (€).
If you want to pay in different currency, let me know before you proceed your payment to avoid extra cost. Please note that you may pay more or less in your currency (exchange rate will be based on the day of your payment).
No hidden fees: I don’t start my work without your consent and approval of cost. My fees are based on £0.02 per character and may be higher if the project is more complex and time-consuming. Fees exclude any third party services that may be required.
Discounts: if you are a loyal client or you recommend me to a friend I can offer some discounts.
